Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Viswabhrahmas purchase. Items may be returned under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product seal is intact (for quality/hygiene reasons)
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
💡 Important
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are defective.

- Provide Details: Include photos of the product and packaging if applicable
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
- Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the product back using the provided instructions
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:
- Full Refund: For damaged, defective, or wrong items
- Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refund Method: Original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card)
- Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items

Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the same or different products, subject to availability:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
- New items will be shipped once we receive the original product
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery

- Products without original packaging
